A clear next step for your AEO work

Start with the website you already have

Enter a public website URL. The free check inspects accessible pages and shows its evidence and any limitations. Save the result after signing in, then confirm the business’s actual service, area and desired enquiry.

Confirm facts before preparing a change

Under Settings → Business facts, add the wording and supporting public source or authorized confirmation. The improvement uses those facts. If a fact changes, review the affected version again.

Approval and publication are separate

An owner/admin or designated client approves the exact version. For WordPress, create a new draft or edit the existing page in WordPress. For another website, copy the approved change. After publishing, provide the live URL for verification. A copied correction on a third-party source remains pending until that publisher makes a verifiable change.

Understand answer samples

API tests record the actual provider, model, question and date. They do not claim to reproduce a consumer app. Missing requests are shown separately. A small or inconsistent sample can show “Not enough evidence”; it does not become zero visibility or a guaranteed improvement.

Import enquiries and read results

Download the example CSV under Settings → Enquiry data. Each event needs a source event ID, enquiry ID, time with time zone, stage and qualification. A booking links back to an enquiry; it is not counted as an additional enquiry. Validate the file before importing it. Contact details and private message bodies are not accepted.

Recorded AI referrals and self-reported discovery are different signals. A direct visit with no referrer remains unknown. An enquiry after a website edit does not by itself prove that the edit caused it.

Recover without losing the work

Reconnect expired website credentials from Publishing settings. If the CMS may already have created a draft, inspect the recorded status before trying another write. Pausing follow-up checks or dismissing work does not remove published content. Business deletion has a seven-day cancellation window.
