Start with the website you already have
Enter a public website address. The free check inspects accessible pages and shows its evidence and any limitations. Save the result after signing in, then confirm the business's actual service, where its customers are, and the enquiry you want.
Confirm facts before preparing a change
Under Settings → Business facts, add the wording and a supporting public source or authorized confirmation. The improvement uses those facts. If a fact changes, review the affected version again.
Approval and publication are separate
An owner, admin or designated client approves the exact version. For WordPress, create a new draft or edit the existing page in WordPress. For other platforms, publish to your MakeTrend-hosted answers page, or copy the approved change. After publishing, MakeTrend checks the live page. A copied correction on a third-party source stays pending until that publisher makes a change we can verify.
Understand answer samples
API tests record the actual provider, model, question, country, language and date. They do not claim to reproduce a consumer app. Missing requests are shown separately. A small or inconsistent sample shows “Not enough evidence”; it does not become zero visibility or a guaranteed improvement.
Import enquiries and read results
Download the example CSV under Settings → Enquiry data. Each event needs a source event ID, enquiry ID, time with time zone, stage and qualification. A booking links back to an enquiry; it is not counted as an extra enquiry. Validate the file before importing it. Contact details and private message bodies are not accepted.
Recorded AI referrals and self-reported discovery are different signals. A direct visit with no referrer stays unknown. An enquiry after a website edit does not by itself prove that the edit caused it.
Countries and languages
When you add a business, choose the country it is based in, the main language of its website and its time zone. If customers buy online from anywhere, choose “Online, anywhere in the world” and skip the service area. You can change all three later under Settings.
- Websites: Any public website, in any country. Online-only businesses do not need a service area.
- Website languages: The check reads pages as written and quotes them in their own language. Tested on English, German and Thai websites on 10 October 2026. Thai pages gave more “could not tell” answers than English or German.
- App and reports: English. Your website language and the app language are separate settings.
- AI answer samples: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity through their providers’ APIs, plus Google AI answers from a live Google search. The free plan asks each one once after setup; paid plans ask every week. Each question is asked with your business’s country and language, and each answer keeps its provider and date.
- Publishing: WordPress drafts, a MakeTrend-hosted answers page, or copy-ready text for any platform. You approve every change before it goes live.

Billing, tax and invoices
- Currency: Prices are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Your card issuer may convert the amount.
- Tax: We add no VAT or sales tax at checkout. If your country taxes imported digital services, your business may need to report it.
- Invoices: Add your company name and address at checkout, and your business tax ID where your country has one. Every invoice is in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
- Seller: AIVANI Co., Ltd., 110 Charoennakorn Road, Bangkok, Thailand. Monthly, cancel any time.
To cancel or change your plan, open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
Recover without losing the work
Reconnect expired website credentials from Publishing settings. If the CMS may already have created a draft, check the recorded status before trying another write. Pausing follow-up checks or dismissing work does not remove published content. Deleting a business has a seven-day cancellation window.
