Terms of Service

maketrend.ai monitors how AI answer engines respond to prompts about your brand, drafts fixes for the gaps it finds, and verifies whether those fixes changed the answer. Features and limits may vary by plan.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for brands and domains you are authorized to manage.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. The free shortlist benchmark does not require a card. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings under Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. Fixes that change external systems, such as a published page or a code change, run only after you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing each action before approval.

You agree not to:

• use the service to infringe rights or break applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• connect integrations or target domains you are not authorized to use.

The service depends on third parties, including AI answer engines and integrations you connect. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. AI answer engines change frequently, and we do not guarantee any particular visibility, ranking, or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, maketrend.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
